The venue's directions page says to take the 1 to 50th St./Broadway and walk two blocks east to 6th Avenue, or take the B, D, F or M to 47th-50th/Rockefeller Center and walk north two blocks.
Getting back
Use the same stations and lines in reverse. The venue publishes no last-train time for its events.

Of the two stations the venue names, only 47-50 Sts-Rockefeller Ctr (B, D, F, M) is on the MTA's list of accessible stations. The 50 St station on the 1 line is not yet accessible: the MTA has announced two sidewalk-to-platform elevators there, funded by a private developer, with work expected to start in April 2027 and finish in October 2028.

Access-A-Ride pickup is in front of the Box Office Lobby. Post-event timing depends on the show; for concerts, the acts make their schedule known 1–2 days before the event.

Parking

Radio City has no venue-operated parking lot. SpotHero is the venue's official parking app for nearby garages and lots; no price is published on the venue's pages. On-street parking for guests with disabilities needs a New York City Special Parking Permit, and out-of-state disabled placards, hangtags and plates aren't honored for on-street parking in New York City; vehicles parked without the correct permit may be ticketed or towed. For general New York City parking questions, the venue refers guests to the Department of Transportation at 718-433-3100.

Bags

Bags don't have to be clear, but they must fit comfortably under your seat; bags larger than 22 x 14 x 9 inches are prohibited, all bags are screened with x-ray technology, and there's no area to check bags, coats or other belongings. Prohibited items include weapons, mace or pepper spray, laser pointers, fireworks, aerosol cans, signs, banners and flags, noisemaking devices, balls and frisbees, drones, hoverboards and skateboards, outside food and beverage, professional or zoom-lens cameras, tripods and selfie sticks, and audio or video recording devices other than phones; some events may be "device free," restricting phone use too.

Box office

The box office is on-site, through the Box Office Lobby entrance on 6th Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets. It's open Monday–Saturday, noon–6 p.m., and closed Sunday. On event days it stays open until 30 minutes after the event begins, and for a Sunday event it opens at noon.

Access-A-Ride

Access-A-Ride drop-off and pickup are in front of the Box Office Lobby on 6th Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets. Post-event pickup timing "is dependent on multiple factors"; for concerts, the venue says the acts make their schedule known 1–2 days before the event. Call 888-609-7599 for help.

The venue's directions page says to take MTA Buses M5, M6, M7 or M27/M50 to Rockefeller Center/50th St. It gives no frequency or last-departure time, so check MTA's own bus schedules.

Commuter trains and PATH

The directions page says: from Grand Central Terminal, go one stop west to 5th Avenue-Bryant Park and transfer to the uptown trains; from Penn Station, walk one block east to 34th St. and Avenue of the Americas for the uptown trains; from New Jersey, take PATH to 33rd St. and connect to the uptown trains. The page's line icons for these steps don't render, so it doesn't legibly name the subway lines it means.

The directions page says NY Waterway ferries run from Weehawken, Hoboken, Jersey City and Belford to Midtown/W39th St, in as little as 8 minutes, where a free NY Waterway shuttle continues to Radio City. No fare or shuttle schedule is published on that page.
