Metro's Kia Forum page says to take Line 115 to Prairie/Manchester and walk south on Prairie Avenue toward Manchester Boulevard, about 1 minute, or Line 211 or 212 to Prairie/Kelso and walk north on Prairie Avenue, about 3 minutes. The venue's own page lists Lines 211/215 to the same two stops.
Getting back
The same lines run in reverse on Metro's regular timetable; no event service or last-bus time for the Kia Forum is published.

The fare is $1.75 per boarding with two hours of unlimited transfers (no round trips), paid by TAP card, contactless card, Apple Wallet, the TAP app or cash. No official page says which starting points reach these lines without another transfer, so check your route with Metro's trip planner.
